Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience

  •  
  • 1–3 years of administrative support or office assistant experience preferred.

  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.

Working Hours

  •  
  • Flexible working hours (Monday to Friday), with the possibility to choose between:

    • Full-time: 35–40 hours/week
