Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries through email, chat, or phone.

Provide outstanding support by resolving issues, answering questions, and offering appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

Collaborate closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are processed, shipped, and delivered smoothly.

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and updating customer records.

Monitor and track customer issues to ensure follow-up and resolution within service-level agreements.

Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant departments.

Contribute to ongoing improvements in service quality and internal processes.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.

Experience

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or operations support role (remote or in-office).

Experience in e-commerce or online service-based environments is a plus.
Working Hours

Flexible remote work schedule with core hours from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST), Monday to Friday.

Occasional weekend or evening availability may be required depending on operational needs.
