Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are processed, shipped, and delivered smoothly.

  • Monitor and track customer issues to ensure follow-up and resolution within service-level agreements.

  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

  •  
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or operations support role (remote or in-office).

  • Experience in e-commerce or online service-based environments is a plus.

Working Hours

  •  
  • Flexible remote work schedule with core hours from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST), Monday to Friday.

  • Occasional weekend or evening availability may be required depending on operational needs.
