Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Content Assistant to support our YouTube educational content production. This role involves transcribing videos, creating well-structured PDFs, designing visually appealing teaching slides, and ensuring high-quality content presentation. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, design, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Content Management
· Transcribe YouTube videos accurately and edit for clarity.
· Convert transcriptions into well-formatted PDFs for distribution.
· Add timestamps and captions to YouTube videos for accessibility.
2. Slide Preparation & Visual Content Creation
· Design engaging PowerPoint/Canva slides for YouTube teachings.
· Ensure slides align with branding and enhance viewer understanding.
· Source relevant images, infographics, and charts to complement slides.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Experience in transcription, content writing, or document formatting.
· Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, or other slide design tools.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
· Excellent research and organizational skills.
· Familiarity with AI tools for transcription and content editing is a plus.

Preferred Experience:
· Background in content creation, digital marketing, or education.
· Experience with YouTube content management.
