Data Strategist / Product Data Strategist - Partner Solutions

We are a growth engine within TELUS, driven by innovation, technology, and data.<br><br>We’re looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial <strong>Data Strategist / Analyst</strong> to lead the data strategy across TPS product lines—including wireless, wireline, connectivity, and digital identity. If you thrive on building visibility into complex systems and embedding AI into products and decision-making processes, this role is for you.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong>You’ll take end-to-end ownership of the <strong>data and analytics roadmap and data adoption</strong> for TELUS Partner Solutions products. Working closely with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll build scalable data solutions that deliver insight, operational efficiency, and AI-powered innovation.<br><br><strong>Key responsibilities:<br><br><br></strong><ul><li>Define and lead the data strategy and roadmap for multiple TPS product lines</li><li>Build end-to-end visibility into product, operational, and financial data to support daily business decisions</li><li>Partner with Product Managers to define KPIs, develop insights, and bring clarity to business performance</li><li>Identify data gaps and blind spots, and lead cross-functional efforts to close them through scalable solutions</li><li>Work with BI, Engineering, and Data Governance teams to source, model, and manage datasets</li><li>Build dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or other tools to enable product and executive insights</li><li>Prototype new workflows, Python scripts, and automation pipelines to accelerate outcomes</li><li>Evaluate and embed AI and Agentic AI capabilities into TPS products and services</li><li>Contribute to building a scalable, foundational data architecture that enables innovation and long-term growth<br><br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>What You Bring<br><br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>5+ years of experience in data analytics working hands-on with various aspects of the data pipeline from sourcing to presentation layers</li><li>Excellent data storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills</li><li>Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAI functions) is a strong asset</li><li>MCP Server knowledge (in the context of Agentic AI infrastructure or orchestration) is a plus</li><li>Strong entrepreneurial mindset with experience leading initiatives independently</li><li>Bonus: Exposure to wireless, wireline, IoT, or telecom B2B ecosystems<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Why Join TELUS Partner Solutions?<br><br></strong>At TPS, you'll help shape the future of how TELUS enables innovation for business and wholesale partners.
