Duty Officer

<p>We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an airline company based in<strong> Toronto, Canada, </strong>for a <strong>Duty Officer position.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist passengers at the station;</li><li>Continuously monitor the handling operations at the station;</li><li>Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution;</li><li>Immediately report any operational incidents;</li><li>Regularly update and maintain operational reports.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Profile:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum <strong>Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3)</strong> in <strong>Management</strong> or equivalent;</li><li>At least <strong>3 years of experience</strong> in a similar position (handling or ground operations);</li><li><strong>Dynamic, organized</strong>, with strong <strong>interpersonal and communication skills</strong>;</li><li>Excellent <strong>listening</strong> and <strong>problem-solving</strong> abilities;</li><li>Candidates must be <strong>currently employed in the aviation or airline industry</strong>.</li></ul><p></p>
