We are looking for a Graduate Trainee Customer Support.

The customer support team takes care of technical account management for all our customers. They help troubleshoot and resolve issues that customers might have and provide assistance as and when required. Anyone who likes to troubleshoot, get to the root cause and solve problems and help customers resolve their issues is a natural fit for the customer support team.To be successful as a graduate trainee, you should be willing to learn about aspects of the company that lie outside of your department. An outstanding graduate trainee should foster good relationships with staff members and leave a lasting imprint while also keep an accurate record of your time at the company and be able to pass a competency test at the end of the program as Graduate Trainee.
