Marketing Assistant
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team at HR Service Jobs. As a key member of our marketing department, you will assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and strategies. Key Responsibilities:

	Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.

	Support content creation, including writing and editing blog posts, social media updates, and other marketing materials. 
- 
	Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategic decisions. 
- 
	Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance. 
- 
	Help coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities. 
- 
	Assist in the design and production of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. 
- 
	Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools. 
- 
	Support email marketing efforts by helping with content creation, list management, and performance analysis. 
- 
	Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company goals. 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 
	Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 
- 
	Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
- 
	Familiarity with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and email marketing software. 
- 
	Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies. 
- 
	Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
- 
	Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 
- 
	Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 
- 
	Creative and proactive with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. 
Experience:
- 
	1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (internships or relevant part-time roles will also be considered). 
- 
	Experience with social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing strategies is a plus. 
Working Hours:
- 
	Full-time position. 
- 
	Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. 
-
