The Role

We're hiring a friendly and reliable Weekend Market Sales Associate to run our market stall on Saturdays and/or Sundays. This is the perfect role for someone who loves coffee, enjoys interacting with people, and wants a fun, flexible weekend job.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, and dismantle the market stall, including a tent, table, and product displays.
• Create a welcoming and attractive booth environment.
• Engage with customers, share our brand story, and provide information about our different coffee beans.
• Process customer sales in cash and POS system.
• Manage inventory at the market and keep the stall tidy and well-stocked.
• Act as a positive and professional brand ambassador.

What We're Looking For

• A People Person: You are outgoing, friendly, and genuinely enjoy talking with people.
• Reliable & Punctual: You can be counted on to show up on time for early market starts, every time.
• Independent & Proactive: You are comfortable working alone and can take initiative to solve problems.
• Passionate about Coffee: A love for coffee is a huge plus You don't need to be a professional barista, but an interest in learning and sharing is key.
• Organized: You can handle cash and card transactions accurately and manage inventory effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends (both Saturday and Sunday availability is a plus).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (18 kg) for setup and teardown.
• Ability to stand for several hours at a time.
