The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Prepared Foods Team Receiver to join our high-performing team full-time. As a crucial member of the Prepared Foods department, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming food shipments, ensuring quality control, and maintaining inventory systems to guarantee seamless operations. <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>

Receive and inspect all prepared foods and perishable deliveries for quality, accuracy, and safety standards.

Verify incoming products against invoices and report discrepancies or damaged goods.

</li>

<li>

Organize stock efficiently in storage areas, following FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.

</li>

<li>

Maintain cleanliness and organization in receiving and storage areas according to health and safety guidelines.

</li>

<li>

Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any delivery issues or inventory concerns.

</li>

<li>

Assist with inventory control, data entry, and stock level reporting to maintain adequate supplies.

</li>

<li>

Support team members with food preparation and merchandising as needed.

</li>

<li>

Follow and promote all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

</li>

</ul>

<h3>Required Skills and Qualifications</h3>

High school diploma or equivalent.

</li>

<li>

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

</li>

<li>

Ability to lift, move, and organize heavy products (up to 50 lbs) on a regular basis.

</li>

<li>

Proficient in basic computer and inventory systems.

Familiarity with food safety and quality assurance standards.

</li>

<li>

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

</li>

</ul>

<h3>Experience</h3>

<ul>

Minimum of 1-2 years experience in food receiving, inventory control, or a related role in a grocery, food service, or warehouse environment.

Experience working with perishable food items is strongly preferred.

</li>

<h3>Working Hours</h3>

Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week

Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on delivery schedules and business needs.
