The Role
We're seeking a Sales Manager with a strong background in enterprise sales and closing complex deals. You’ll not only lead by example—owning and closing high-value opportunities—but also help shape our revenue strategy and outbound motion alongside GTM leadership.
Responsibilities
Drive pipeline generation and close enterprise deals ($100K+ ARR)
Align with Marketing and Product on messaging and GTM execution
Manage and coach AEs through long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Analyze sales metrics and deal performance using Salesforce and Gong.io
Partner with Revenue Leadership on strategic growth initiatives
Contribute to building a scalable sales infrastructure
What You Bring
6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including 2+ years managing deals and reps
Strong background in complex, multi-touch enterprise sales cycles
Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong.io)
Strategic mindset, with an eye for opportunity and team enablement
Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours
Bonus Points
Familiarity with selling into marketing, analytics, or data teams
Experience launching enterprise sales playbooks in startup environments
