Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative and strategic social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).

Plan, create, schedule, and publish high-quality content tailored to each channel.

Monitor engagement metrics, trends, and performance to adjust content strategies accordingly.

Manage and grow online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and other stakeholders to maintain brand consistency.

Track and analyze KPIs (likes, shares, comments, followers, reach, impressions, etc.) and prepare monthly performance reports.

Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Identify opportunities for brand growth and community engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role.

Solid knowledge of all major social media platforms, scheduling tools (like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later), and basic analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Twitter Analytics, etc.).

Strong copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate engaging ideas.

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience

Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.
