Street Sweeper Operator Part Time Casual

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sweeper Operator to join our team.

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Street Sweeper Operator who is available for Part Time work Monday to Saturday. We are offering minimum 5 hour shifts, most of which start after 1:00pm.

We are offering a competitive wage based on experience and ability.

Duties

Requirements

  • Applicant must have a Class 5 License (or higher) with Air Brake Endorsement
  • Clean driving record with abstract supplied as required
  • No history of drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 10 years
  • Must be able to understand, speak, read, write and communicate in English
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal directions
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of Lower Mainland highways and roads
  • Must be able to read maps

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week

Experience:

  • Sweeper: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Class 5 Licence with Air Brake Endorsement (required)

Location:

  • Surrey, BC V3S 1X9 (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
